Young Electrical Registered Contractors Ltd. are pleased to have recently completed works on the Urban Brewing Project-CHQ building.
Urban Brewing is a working micro brewery, bar and restaurant located in the IFSC area, specifically in the iconic CHQ building.
This was a demanding project where we had to liase closely with conservation architects, client architects, meet clients needs and follow strict B-CAR guidelines whilst meeting all deadlines and bringing the project to completion on time.
Previous works with protected structures ensured we had the expertise to comply with the on site conservation architects wishes whilst providing solutions for the client in a cost effective and timely manner during the installation works.
The installation works provided by us covered all aspects of electrical installation:

- LED and RGBAW
- Power – General Service Power
- 3 phase power
- Lifts, motive power
- Mechanical incl. B.M.S.

- Fire alarm
- Emergency Lighting,
- Security cameras and intruder alarm
- Gas detection
- Leak detection
- AV – All wiring for Audio Visual throughout.
- Brewing – Power to brewing section.
- I.T. – All CAT6 installation works.
